Elizabeth Vickstein has extensive professional experience in roles that directly influence the public sphere, spanning the healthcare industry, the WA State Department of Corrections, and the fire service. With a family history of first responders and frontline support, her tenure at Gig Harbor Fire Medic One paved her way to follow in their footsteps. Demonstrating an ongoing commitment to serve her community, she currently holds the position of Administrative Assistant and Public Information Officer at Anderson Island Fire Rescue.

Elizabeth is also a published author serving on the Editorial Board of Creative Colloquy, a literary initiative focused on the South Sound region.

During her free time, she loves reading speculative fiction and gothic horror, engaging in spirited debates regarding the usage of Oxford commas, patronizing The Grand Theater, exploring the PNW woods, and board games that encourage imagination.
