Bid & Proposal Process

PCFD #27 uses a formal competitive bid process on all public works projects unless they are under $350,000. For public works projects between $30,000 and $350,000 the District may choose to use the small works roster in lieu of a formal sealed bid procedure.

Project awards are posted annually, as mandated by RCW 39.04.200.

What is MRSC Rosters? 

On July 1, 2024, MRSC Rosters became the official home of the small works roster for Washington State (RCW 39.04.151(2)). This centralized system simplifies the process for public agencies seeking licensed contractors for small works projects under $350,000. MRSC Rosters is used by 794 Washington Public Agencies.
